How far do you let your CTL drop % wise in the off season and how long do you let your off season last for?

Hello! I have often wondered about the numbers of others myself, as I get quite a bit of low-ctl anxiety post race... I usually take one week full off, then do light training for 1-2 months, in which time it drifts lower. My average weekly hours year round is 12, in build-peak periods I do up to 20-25 hrs max.

Last 3 races
IM Barcelona Sep 2015 peak ctl 131 before taper, drop to 66 (ca 50%) two months later, then start build again

IM South Africa April 2016 (kq), peak 138 before taper, drop to 85 (ca 60%) one month later then start maintenance leading into build

Kona October 2016 peak ctl 125 (less training due to family situation) before taper, currently, three weeks later in free fall at 76...
