Hi folk,
I was out for my long-slow-deliberate run yesterday morning and towards the end of the run I had a sudden sharp pain in the medial portion of the arch of my right foot. A sharp, stabbing pain. It abated enough for me to run the 1 mi home, but its persistent, and the area where the pain occurred is sore to the touch. Its in the 14% region of figure C... its not plantar fasciitis—I've had that before on the other foot and it feels very different.
Ideas? Stress fracture? ¯\_(シ)_/¯
