you are looking at either a custom shoe or some modification to existing shoes as far as I know. Google search should bring up some modification how to.

I was hoping that somebody had a hack to solve this :-) To avoid the expensive custom solution.. Thanks for the reply

One thing I've done is modify the Shimano SPD-SL bolt heads. I took a file and removed material to reduce the circumference of the button head bolt to add an extra 5mm or so of adjustment (I was looking to get them a little farther back). Now it won't necessarily get you to mid-foot but closer depending on your shoe.

My LBS has special bolts inserts that they use to modify shoes. So it does exist out there

My Bonts which are 6-7 years old have a relatively flat base to the sole and allow the cleats to be moved a long way back. Bont actually install the cleat nuts with T-nuts, all you have to do is drill another set of holes further back on the sole and move the T-nuts.

Haha, just spoke with a guy from the LBS and he were very helpful and willing to help me.! I enyv you for having such a great LBS near you :-)
