Roka - Great Service Follow Up

Hi all,

During this thread (http://forum.slowtwitch.com/...ost=6059439#p6059439) Rob @ Roka offered to replace my wetsuit though it was out of warranty.

They did this and let me upgrade to the new Maverick X (my wife could now stomach the incremental cost v buying a new wetsuit outright đŸ˜‰).

Needless to say I am super impressed with the way Roka handled this and have no concerns about buying their great gear.

Now if they only had those white/blue lens Kona sunnys in... Those are so hot.

X2. I had a small issue with the tri suit and they just offered to replace it. They didn't make me jump through hoops and I had the new suit within 5 days. Top notch for sure.

Completely agree, and I had a very similar experience with them, for what it's worth. I recommend Roka to my friends without any reservations, in fact enthusiastically.

When I was shopping for wetsuits earlier this year I bought from 3 manufactures (I live in a small town not near any retail). Roka was head and shoulders above the other two in answering my questions in a quick and accurate manner and was the superior product to boot. I have purchased many things from them and sent a few back with no hassles whatsoever. I completely agree that they are fantastic to business with. Many transactions and absolutely no problems.
