What shoe were you in before giro? Im in a 44 specialized swords trivent. But what you did is exactly what I wanted to try.

But if they run a bit big, I might be in same boat as you.

Is the chinese carbon clincher a single wheel? if so, front or rear?

I have Sworks road shoes. I'm 43.5 in those and fit better for me. 44 is just too big. Might work for you if that is what you wear in the specialized!
