Yay, one room mate is finally moving out, so the conversion to a pain cave/baby room can start soon......well soon after finishing the tile in the rest of the house.

My pain cave is going to consist primarily of just the trainer, TV, bands and foam roller as I dont have a treadmill yet.

The loss in extra income will take some getting used to, but the benefits are much greater.
