Like what? Looks like fun to me, while I never smoked before a run I sure did after, great way to relax after a run, especially before a steam.

Beer garden is pretty standard in these parts. It's always odd to go to the US and see people walking down the street double fisting it.

How does Danny Hart sit down with balls that big?

Not surprised nobody gets what I meant.
I meant locking people up if they want to have a beer (presumably to protect the under aged participants), but letting the smokers roam free......

"Beergarden" is an euphemism for "Beerjail".

How are we able to handle pot if we can't handle the proper use of alcohol?

Sorry I miss understood, but I also didn't see anyone smoking anything, in fact I saw no smoking signs, were there some smoking? Of course but as the article stated they were "in discreet area's" not out in the open roaming free.

That's not to protect underage people. It's to protect businesses from accidentally serving someone underage and getting ticketed or losing their licenses.
