FS - 1st Gen DuraAce Di2 internal.
Have a complete internal Di2 setup from my P5 TT bike.

Everything is in top notch condition.

Open to offers.

No brake levers though... just bar end shifters (but I also have a brand new in the box set of the shifters as back ups if interested).

I'd have to do some research about the going rate for the components... unless I get a price that makes me go - ya, that sounds fair.... I just got one for $200. Definitely not in the acceptable range for me at this time... but keep them coming... ;-)

$200? That's pretty funny.

Whatever you do, don't part it out. All the money is in the RD. Wait - forget I said that. Wanna sell that RD for $200? ;-)

To be fair - I didn't articulate a price - so I guess why not try?..... But ya, I would need to see a "bit" more for sure - even when I'm looking on ebay right now - there aren't a lot - and the pricing ranges from $800-1400 right now - but I don't have the brake levers...That $800 is likely closer to the range that I would have thought was reasonable - given that I paid over $2k for all the bits.

I would have sold you just the rear derailleur ... thanks for the warning... ;-) Kidding. No way would I part it out - too many bits and pieces otherwise....

Cheers!
