If you want cooling (airflow, holes for water spraying) go with an aggressive aero road helmet like the Evade or Balista. No "full aero" helmet will come close. That being said, there's no evidence that aero helmets actually increase core body temp (though they do increase scalp temp); it's mostly a comfort thing.

Casco SpeedAero - by far the most comfortable and airy helmet I tried. Not as "aero" as a real aero helmet though, but I guess a bit more than a pure Road helmet due to the visor (which is great, too, by the way)
