Send it to Emilio DeSoto. He may be the Calfee of wetsuits--they are right in San Diego. Thought he said they may be able to do repairs. Emilio? Are you there to help this person?

+1 for seal cement. Although I had a really easy tear. It was maybe 2 inches above the ankle in a straight line. I watched a YouTube video on how to repair. I think I did a pretty good job.

McNett's wetsuit contact cement has worked wonders on several tears...but there are limits of what it can do!

For small repairs a product called Black Witch is awesome - I have fixed several tears caused by sharp fingernails - the wetsuit is as good as new and the repairs almost invisible. Highly recommend it.

I used dental floss as thread to sew up a big rip many years ago, then covered with a patch and Aquaseal. Worked fine for another season. Rip was a big 6" one right below the zipper.

Last time I heard he is still doing wetsuit repairs. But this topic hasn't came up for awhile. You can just email them and they'll let you know quick.

I've used AquaSeal and had good results. I had a tear in the crotch and the patch has held up well. However, it did tear nearby in that same area this year. I patched it with AqualSeal and it's held up still. However, it's probably the last season for this wetsuit. :-(

I've used cement specifically made to fix wetsuits. Bought it at a tri shop. Can't remember the brand sorry. Was able to fix small and medium size tears without any prior experience with this. Follow the instructions and it's easy peasy.
