Do post if you find alternative arm cups. The TR ones aren't my favorite.

Both really. The cups are nice and adjustable, but they don't cradle my arm as comfortably as the 3T cups. I like CeeGee pads, but they add too much height for my taste
The pads are complete crap so I put on some Cee Gees. I've been using Cee Gees for years so the extra height is something I don't even notice. I have just 20 mm of stack with stem spacers and the have the slammed tilt kit setup up top.
