I have a Fenix 3 sapphire that I may be interested in getting rid of. A couple small scratches around the edge of the bezel but nothing really noticeable. I'll snap a couple pictures this weekend and send to you.

I have the normal Fenix 3, all black, barely used and no scratches or visual signs of wear, it has 2 spare straps, one red and one green. If your other deal falls through let me know.
