Do a history search. This topic has been done at least three times in the past 6 mos.

Training for my first marathon I had these quotes taped up all around the house, on mirrors, the fridge, the alarm clock, computer screen...

"If you always do what you've always done then you'll always get what you've always gotten."

"Satisfied?"

"What will you do today to get you to Boston in April?"

(on the mirror) "Create in yourself the image you want to see."

...etc.

When going through hell..........keep going.
