New, simpler, pubic bone fit method that eliminates the need for stack and reach (pad x/y) fitments ..... a method developed (probably from the stepover method) and refined by Rivendell Bikes.

Note that the helper measuring in the video makes a Fredly mistake by not using one hand on each end of the tape.
