DIY smoker...she's a beaut Clark..a beaut!
So have been kicking the idea around of building a smoker for a while now. Started with a brick and morter serious deal idea, moved onto a wine barrel idea, next stop was building a wooden one idea, last stop was using my little weber smokey joe and building on top of that. It's fairly basic but so am I..so we're a good match.

3 racks inside and potentially going to upgrade to an electric system on the bottom but for the time being she looks sharp and can't wait to smoke some trout this weekend.

Want to put a logo on the outside, just not sure what just yet.

Behold!

I'd go w/ some variant of Miss Piggy w/ a 'pearl' necklace of BBQ sauce splatched on her teats.

Too much?

Then again, maybe the Henson estate would sure you for copyright...

Cool, but I would peruse the web and get a second plate for the front and add a cold smoker box.

I would want a dedicated smoke for fish. Seems like every smoker that does fish once imparts a fishy taste on everything smoked in it afterwards. All that fish oil. Yuck.
