Anyone know what type of material or grip tape this is on top of Jan Frodeno's Tritone on his bike setup? Looks like it was made for the Fizik Tritone, but could not find anything in a search.

How old is this picture? Part of me thinks that this could be a Fizik development saddle, and not a modified Tritone. The Mistica (which has replaced the Tritone) has a grippy top, but smooth sides. The front edges also look different from this angle - more rounded, like the Mistica. Is Frodo still running this saddle?
