Oh man, I just heard about this. The Larry Sanders Show is in my top 3 favorite shows ever.

He was on a recent Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee with Jerry Seinfeld. It was a great episode -- Shandling appeared very wistful and reflective.

I've had both the Gary shandling show and Larry sanders themes in my head since last night.

I just read in FB tonight he died from a blood clot. Hell, I didn't even know he was ill until 5 minutes ago. His humor was unique.
