One of those 12 -passenger conversion vans (I think it's 12?). The big giant one.

I am not completely up on all the Ragnar rules, but when I did the Calistoga-Santa Cruz 199 miler, we used two minivans, which were a bit easier to manage, drive, and find parking for.
Not to mention less personalities to mesh/unmesh.

thanks for the feedback. Here lies the problem we were having....should we go with the minivan, for easier driving and cheaper or the big monster van, because we need the room for luggage, coolers and stuff. well, the Virgin island team picked the big monster vans. we hope we can drive them safely on the wrong side of the road!!! thanks again....

I've done it both ways - minivan and the big vans - and the big vans are VASTLY more comfortable. And we used them for the Smoky Mountain Relay which is a lot of gravel/dirt roads and we didn't have much trouble driving them around.
