This is Jane Pearson, Director of Education at GURU. Some of you may have met me at the Interbike fit symposium - hello again to those who attended!

Just dropping into the forum to say hi and let you know that we are hosting a two-day TT/TRI class on October 21-22 at the GURU Academy. All Slowtwitchers are invited.

Mat Steinmetz and Ian Murray are hosting this class. Here is a preview of the subjects that will be covered:
