Red Bull's AirRace series
Any aerophiles checked this out? http://www.redbullairrace.com/ Check out the videos. It's like a time trial in which the pilots fly their aerobatic planes through large inflatible pylons (at about 50 feet off the ground) while executing prescribed maneuvers. The fastest plane/pilot wins.

Wow. Now those are pilots.

One of my buddies races Reno every year in the biplane class approx. 175 mph ( the only class you can win / place high ,as a low $$ guy ), lots of great fun ,comradery , stories , video , photos ( wing mounted camera )

But I'm guessing those are in the mid to high 200s in speed , that's smokin in a plane you wear like a pair of pants.
