So WTC, a for profit corporation, is looking for a college graduate with a editorial, social media, and web analytics background who is willing to work without pay?

You do realize that firms are getting sued for doing this ( http://www.racked.com/...ditorial-fellowships ) and have been dumping these in favor of positions that pay legal wages?

This. It really is not wise to have unpaid interns at this point. I know WTC is a little lighter in the coffers these days, but pay the kid min wage at least.
