I saw some photos of a guy drilling out the back of an 11-speed cassette. No issues with spoke interference on a flat disc like your Renn.

We can cut most of our carriers for the additional space needed for the 11 speed. The advantages of making stuff in house.

There are a few 11 spd cassettes for 10 spd

It has dish to the cassette but this should not affect a disc wheel

Can I send you my 10 speed rem hub and you covert it to 11?

I converted my Renn freehub with a flat file in 20 minutes. You need to take off 1.8 mm from the shoulder on the inside of the freehub. I marked out 2mm with a scrib, put a piece of cardboard in the vice fro cushioning and tightened the the freehub in the vice. I used a small flat flat file and had it finished in 20 minutes. Put the wheel in my new 11 speed bike and it worked just fine with no adjustments.
