Anyone try ProbodX?

Designed by Marv Marinovich (former pro football player, Raider strength and conditioning coach) best known for the son he was engineering to be the best QB in the history of mankind back in the 80's. The kid never had McDonalds, started training at age 3, etc and eventually rebelled in college, got into drugs, and is now out of football.

Well, his dad has quite a track record of training some very good athletes, jason giambi, howie long, etc and has a book and some interesting training principles. From the website:

Essentially the ProBodX program combines unstable surfaces (gymnastic balls, slant boards, balance disks) with multiplane movement and strength loading (special hand and foot weights) to simultaneously stretch and strengthen the body. The result is a stimulated nervous system and increased speed, power, and flexibility.

Anyone try this? Wonder what it's application to endurance athletes would be?
