Swim Stretch Cord Help

I recall reading how to make some homeade swim stretch cords, but I do not remeber where. Can anyone offer any help?

surgical tubing, cut it about 4 or 5 feet long.. tie some handles in it.. if you wanna get really fancy, get some PVC piping, (with a hole big enough to fit the tubing through) and cut to use as handles.. alternativly if you can't find surgical tubing, go to a swim or exercise shop and buy pull cords for ~$10. (thats what i did). Oh.. longer the tubing, less resistance it will be, most swimmers i know have ones that are about 4 feet long.

I think these guys will sell you some surgical tubing but their products are so reasonable (especially compared to anything you probably bought for your bike) you'll probably just want to get the "sport vector" swim cords.
