... what do you use when you have carpet and your feline companion decides that their lunch is not to their liking? or when, like mine, they figure out that they can get rid of hairballs that much more easily if they eat before they need to get rid of them?

Geez, what is that stuff called? Ahhh... It comes in a red spray bottle and it works pretty good.

Oh, it is called Resolve. Works pretty good.

My wife's a vet, and thus we have a house filled with creatures. There's a concentrate called "Kennel Odor Eliminator" that works great. It's highly concentrate, so a small amount in a gallon of water is all you need. You can get it from kennel supply places, on-line and brick-and-mortar.

our cat liked to drink from the faucet too. we didn't like the cat hair in the sink so we got a Drinkwell, available at petsmart and other fine retailers. he hasn't been in the sink since.
