I've had my HC for a few years now and I use it ALL THE TIME. After 3 years of being very careful not to lose the straw, I lost the straw.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement straw!? I think PD sells a replacement kit, but the kit is far more than just the straw so costs about $40 as far as I can tell. Surely I can find a replacement straw for less than that! Maybe someone has had the same problem and found a correct fitting hose/straw at a department store?

In case anyone wants to know, I bought 10 feet of 1/2" clear tubing, available at cdn tire/walmart/etc..., and it fits perfectly in the Aero HC. Now I have an almost endless supply of straw for super cheap.


The eBay link is the kit that I was talking about from PD. That kit and straw is not compatible with the Aero HC, according to PD (I called them today). Good news is PD sells the straw for pretty cheap, but for me in Canada it would be at least 20x the cost of the straw to pay for shipping. As for trisports, its the similar story, cheap straw, expensive to ship.

Trisports have the parts you need. I also use this valve. so that the water does not drop down the valve. Its a bit hard to get on but it works great.
