My "A" race is cancelled :(

Just arrived home from a killer cruise vacation which included great workouts on the ship, to find out Xterra Pueblo is cancelled. I have been focused on this race all year as I've been recovering from ACL replacement surgery last year.

Suggestions welcome if anyone knows of an Xterra that is not sold out and driving distance from Denver (less than 500 miles).

A little more than 500, but Ogden, UT seems to be open.

The deuces Wild Triathlon festival in Show Low AZ has one. I raced the Oly there last year. It was early June and the water was 54 degrees. I was gonna race the xterra too, but just couldnt bear to get in that water again. MIght go back this year though, water should be much warmer!!

It's not an "Xterra" but the Bear it all triathlon at Bear Creek Lake Park is an off road tri the following week. Only difference is you won't get xterra points for qualifying for nationals in 2013. Won't be as technical as Xterra Pueblo, but will still be a fun course.
