Job Title: Head Mechanic
Reports To: Camp Manager
Location: Carmichael Training Systems Corporate Headquarters, Colorado Springs, CO
Status: Full Time
Overview of Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Head Mechanic is to coordinate the mechanic and soigneur staff for CTS “Bucket List” events and camps in all four CTS locations. The Head Mechanic will also provide lead mechanic support on location during many of these events. The Head Mechanic will also coordinate and manage the equipment and assets required to execute these events.
This individual will be asked to assist on miscellaneous special projects and other tasks, as designated by his supervisor and management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years bike mechanic experience.
- Previous pro team and/or race-specific support.
- Ability and willingness to travel and job will include weekend and evening hours.
