Pope's Funeral

Caught the highlights this a.m. Some pictures below. A fitting ceremony for a great leader and man of God. Buried in a simple wood coffin and left behind no real material possessions. He truly was God's gift to man. May he rest in peace.

Woke up at 0300 to watch the whole thing with my wife. Tell me I don't love my wife.

I was unable to sleep this morning so I put it on. Something about the watching the ceremony calmed my mind and eased some of the stress I was experiencing. Something about the passing of the Pope has gotten me re-interested in church. I am not sure why, maybe it is just the catholic church becoming more visable to me again.

Hey man I have no hate for relegion. I am a big fan. I hate say though while I was greatly moved and found the effects one man can have on the world inspiring it just makes me more secure in my atheist beliefs.

If the Cardnils pick another good one like this the church can have a great future.
