I don't know if you make black bean or some sort of veggie burgers (lots of recipes out there), but if your are not comfortable with eating eggs, eggs can be used as a binder in these recipes, without even knowing they are in there.

yeah - quinoa patties use eggs to bind them. Another good idea because when eggs are in bread or something they don't bug me.
