Was that your post on Gordo's forum about the benefits recieved from AeT training? If so great job! It's very encouraging for me cause I too finished in 11:07 for my first (this year). I'm hoping for an eventual sub 10 and Kona slot at some point. How's the training going? Lose those extra kilos? I'm battling the bulge myself these days. -Keith P(Tx)
