Just wanted to know who else has had a hamstring get really tight. It now has tightness sometimes when I ride and then on my run. But mostly a few hours, days after my workout. Most of the pain is in the hamstring behind the knee. Once it loosens up I feel ok. I ice the hamstring and stretch it. Any suggestions of what to do or not to do or what type of injury it might be would be helpful. Thanks in advance.]
