My sister is thinking of switching over to cycling from triathlon. We've been looking for a coach to help us out and I came upon this guy's site: www.coachcarl.com. Being from the Philippines, I don't know this guy from Adam. He seems to be very opinionated and is especially pissed at your national cycling federation and Carmichael training systems. But his arguments about training methods make a lot of sense to me. And he's cheap--only $50/month! Is this guy for real?
