Cadence Cycling & Multisport Center of Philadelphia is hiring an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as General Manager of Retail Operations. The position’s responsibilities include oversight of all retail sales; retail operations; merchandizing; Center maintenance; budget management; marketing assistance; coordination with Performance Center operations; and building a motivated sales staff in order to maintain and support the high service standard that Cadence has become known for in the industry.

The General Manager of Retail Operations is a full-time, salaried position. Applicants should have a minimum 8 years of experience in combined retail and management operations, and preference will be given to applicants that have knowledge of the endurance sports training market in triathlon or cycling.
