Endurance for dummies.

What is the best book that explains the physiology for a complete moron (such as myself). Not theories on the best way to train but what happens when an athlete trains.

Covert Bailey Smart Exercise is the one book I have had for years and continually go back to. It is the easiest to read and understand out of all the running, Tri, and exercise books I ever bought. Each topic is only a couple pages long but gets the point accross perfectly clear. Damn...just looked at Amazon.com and you can read the thing free on line. It should give you a good feel if its a buy or not.
