your post hasn't garnered a lot of interest, eh? i doubt very many people given these rides a crack. but they remain a pair of the best rides i've ever done.

two places to stay. one is a motel right in california hot springs, i don't remember the name, but i've stayed there. has a restaurant attached. it can be used for both centuries.

the other is a motel in springville. but that's only for the northernmost century. i don't remember the name of that one either. also has a restaurant attached.

there are only one or two motels in each town.

i've been seriously contemplating going back out there myself to do those rides. almost went last week, but life intervened. perhaps within a couple of weeks.
