i finally bought a vetta v-100 wireless with cadence yesterday. i hooked it all up to the bike, and everything was o.k. but the speed would not transmit when i spun the wheel. I took the battery out to check it, and it was hot to the touch. In short, the transmitter doesn't work. Did the battery burn out the electronics. I'm not to electronically inclined, so i'm kind of lost. Thanks
