Does Anyone know about this bike? I ran accross a ad for a neve rbuilt QR Volt frame from the mid 90s.

Any info about this would be helpful... my wife wants a tri bike and thought this might be a good way to get one on the cheap.

the volt is a taiwan-built bike imported exclusively into germany for the german market. the bike is fine. if the deal is good i'd go for it.
