>>I know a full sleeve is faster, but darn if it isn't too hot sometimes!
(By the way, I almost melted on the run that day.) <<

But is it really faster if you start the rest of the day dehydrated and melt on the run??????

"Not pink. I'm done with all of the women's stuff in pink. '

I used to scuba dive with a guy who had all his kit in pink - mask, fins, gloves, tanks, wetsuit trim, etc. He was an ex military macho type. Asked him why all his gear was pink. He said it was because nobody would ever want to steal it.

kind of sounds like a guy tanker and i saw out on our motorbikes once. thought it was a chick, as this sportbike rider was all decked out in pink leathers, with a pink full-face helmet, and a ponytail sticking out the back. the goatee when the helmet came off was one hell of a surprise! but he had girls positively FLOCKING around him, so i guess his chick magnet idea was working! :p

cheers!

There was a guy who did Kona IM and called himself "pink boy". He was entirely dressed in pink and even had his hair dyed pink.

I address several of the key wetsuit fit issues in a blog post here:

http://stevefleck.blogspot.com/...s-all-about-fit.html

Yes a wetsuit makes you more "slippery" - the better suits are all treated on the outside surface to be more slippery and hydrodynamic than human skin. But these gains here are small. The big gains come with improving body position in the water.

Is there a sleeved wetsuit that doesn't impinge movement of arms and shoulders at all?

Yes there is. If you follow the key points of the post in the Blog, that's what you should be getting if:

1. You are in the right brand for you
2. You are in the right size for you
3. You have the wetsuit fitted to you properly

Don't overlook #3 - it's perhaps the most important. Many people don't put on and wear their wetsuits properly.

Hope this helps.

Going against the grain and I would buy a pink wetsuit. But more of a fire-y hot pink, not the breast cancer candy pink (no offense).
I also second the pattern idea. Polka dots, cammoflauge, stripes, plaids, etc. Just look at any swimsuit line to get an idea of what ladies are buying.

Adrian, from Australia. He's back to his normal hair color and now has the most darling blonde pinkdaughter. Super nice guy.

X2.

Particularly the idea about the stripes, et al as trim. I'm not sure I have the courage to walk in public as a human-size, neoprene-clad, solid pink flamingo!

Orange is the new black.

Neon Green/ Yellow is making a come back from the late 80's/ early 90's.... like the old Body Glove bikinis and bathing suits... but I'm hoping the big hair stays in the 80s.

Let Thomas Pink keep pink in his stores ;)
