I'm Available - ANYTHING!
Well....quit my boring desk job to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a firefighter....a few years later and funds depleted, I now need a job.

BA in Political Science
Former US Naval Officer (Intelligence Officer) - 2 deployments in support of ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM
EMT-Basic Qualified
CPR Qualified

AND! I ride a Cervelo....that should be worth something here on Slowtwitch! ;).

Anyway, anybody in the San Diego area looking for somebody to do ANYTHING...I am available!

So far, I can't get a job parking cars (literally!).

Thanks everybody!!

You were in the Navy and cant swim? That's funny!

I know the feeling about leaving a desk job to pursue a dream. I did. It has not worked out - yet. In the meantime, I'm having trouble finding a job - even in retail. So much for my education and experience.

You are not alone. Best of luck!

p.s. thanks for serving in the military.

I'll let my subconscious work on this one for you to see if it digs anything up. Thank you for your service.

BTW - what was your rank when you left? Do you still have a commitment of any kind?

Thanks for writing back everybody! I apologize, I hadn't checked this post for a while. But, still actively looking for something....I was a Lieutenant when I got out and have no commitment left.
