Hi all,

My fiance is going to spend the winter getting ready for her first tri this coming spring.

She was a track sprinter in college and we both began dating while I was getting ready for my first HIM and her for her first Half Mary.

I need some help with the swimming and biking. I grew up on mountain bikes and swim teams and she didn't so getting in the pool or out on a road/mountain bike is pretty daunting for her right now. I want to be supportive and let her know that it's okay to go her own pace without making it seem like I'm pushing/coaching or in her words 'babying' her along.
