Vredestein - Low pressure destroys tires?
The rubber in my tires has started 'cracking'. I thought that it was just age; the bike sat around unused for 1.5 years. But now, I found this in a Vredestein review on epinions.

"These tyres also need to be ridden at their recommended psi [145 psi] or the casing will delaminate ( casing layers seperate)."

I've been training with my tires at 110 psi for more comfort. In doing so, did I accidently destroy my tires?

Cheers,

-Adam

I ride my Vredestein tires at 130 - 135 psi and haven't had any problems. I keep them aired up and haven't had the chance to see if they crack with no pressure on them.
