Thumbs up for the new Aspide Tri saddle!
Well, I've been on a new Aspide Triathlon saddle for a week now, with about 200 miles. In terms of function I'd rate it just ahead of a Flite/QR pad combination. This is by far the most comfortable saddle I've ridden in the TT position. I recommend it to anyone looking for a "better" mousetrap of a saddle for their tri bike. I've tried those cut out types and hated every one of them. This is truly the right solution for those needing help with TT position comfort.

Also, mine must be a mid-run evolution because it doesn't have the logo stitching on the nose that everyone else is complaining about.

I don't even have 200 miles on it but I am favorably impressed so far. Stay tuned...

i would like to pitch my aspide a little further forward but am at the max the seat post will allow (bontrager zero-offset with the two microadjust screws). i have played with thin aluminum shims on the saddle rails to get more clearance and this works. is this ok/safe? any other suggestions?

thanks,
