Hi All - can anyone recommend a brand - or brands of bikes that typically have short top tubes - something like a 54 cm seat tube cc - with a 52cm top tube - and a 74 degree seat angle?

Or pehaps some of the companies with womens specific sizes?

Want to try and avoid a custom frame if possible.
