Di2 components needed for s-works shiv build?
Orded the S-Works Shiv frame and plan to build with Shimano Ultegra Di2. Has anyone here done this? Anyone got a list of the specific components needed?

Any help would be appreciated

Here is my detailed approach and parts list for a Felt IA16. There are many ways to do this, so you could copy mine nearly identically, or go another route. Mine was a little different, because I used a bar-mounted Junction A and I had a place to hide a Junction B in the cockpit. Some bikes do not give you this flexibility, so you simply have to use a 5-port Junction A up front. The stuff in the back is the same for most bikes with internal batteries. You just need to measure your wires.

I've just did it, here's the information you need :

For internal battery, you need to order this part with your LBS :

For di2 wire length, here is the schema sent from specialized :

For all other ultegra di2 components, I choose "old" ultegra 6871 with last battery version :

- Shimano Di2 BCR2 Charger for BTR2 (battery charger)
- shimano E-Tube SEIS di2 (battery)
- Shimano SD50 Di2 Electric Wire (see schema for length)
- Shimano ST-6871 (STI Gear levers for TT/tri bar without wire) + 2x 350mm di2 wire length
- Shimano SW-R671 (triathlon shifters, comes with wire)
- shimano SM-EW90-B (junction A - 5 ports)
- shimano SM-JC41 (junction B)
- shimano RD-6870 ultegra Di2 (rear derailleurs)
- shimano FD-6870 ultegra Di2 (front derailleurs)

Bumping this thread to ask whether anyone who's done the conversion purchased the grommets? Are they needed? round or oval? Thanks.

I have a shiv-tt from 2016 and want du upgrade to di2. Do you know if this will go? Is there some ideas to where I can place Junction boxes?

First of all, you’ll obviously go for the ultegra 8000 series. Other than that, i’d go for the one button tt shifters and run full syncro mode (But that’s a personal preference). Profile design made aero bars that will hold the battery And the rs-910 Junction A box. That would probably be the way I’d do it
