I found quite a few old threads asking this question but nothing recent.
What choices are out there for longer aerobar extensions today?

How long?? Id be shocked if the typical 350mm extension is not enough...If you are at the extremes for these, your handling is probably suspect (you're bike is too short) or you are hitting your knees

I ride with elbows on the pads (a very small bit might be off the back of the pad) rather than on the meaty part of the forearm. From that position, to extend my forearm and hands in a natural position, standard extensions are too short. Im riding a Felt IAxx with the stock base bar. Ive looked at extensions from several brands but nothing Ive found is long enough forward even when mounting it at the limit.

As a rider and a bike fitter I'm a fan of USE Tula alloy extensions.
