Why do you hate the handicapped?!?! :) But hey, all of congress, both sides of the aisle, are on notice that we can force them to deal with a like wise insufferable douche-bag at any time. That has to be worth something.

I'm not sure what you are getting at, but the biggest travesty in this photo is the guy wearing the zippered microfiber underneath a sport coat.

Good spot.... in a sea of sartorial slop.

Not one person is wearing clothes that fit. Take the trousers; are zoot suits a thing again? Why not just wear a potato sack and shout, “I’m a shapeless lump and the potato is the closest mannequin my tailor had.”

Trouser break lightly

More whining without actually saying anything constructive. Way to keep up your streak.

If that is a real picture...........there are some basic rule violations I'd expect someone from Kentucky or Wisconsin to even adhere to.

It's quite real (taken today or yesterday at Camp David). Are you saying that you expected someone from those states to make those rule violations, or to know enough about them to not make the violations? Not sure how one adheres to rule violations.

I'm also curious about whether height is a way to measure influence, or they just sorted the participants that way.

It looks like they were out walking around, decided to eat somewhere, then found out jackets were required so they are all wearing clothes provided by the restaurant.

I'm beginning to think that we are much more fucked than I thought.

Sonofabitch. That dickhead Pauk Ryan is wearing allbirds shoes. Those were the hippest soles in the valley, and now I feel like I need to burn my pair. How did they let that guy buy a pair and sink their brand?

Secretary Mattis is the only one in the bunch that looks like they even know what a tailor is.

You sure that's a micro fleece and not just a polo with a popped collar? It is Paul Ryan, after all.

Also, am I the only one who can't see McConnell's face without thinking of Mason Verger?

Edit: apparently not. Google's all over it.

Trump's the only one in a tie. The rest of them must not be worthy. And as r_r correctly pointed out - only one token woman.

Well it’s obviously not a fashion show, but definitely appears to be a gathering of people — save for one — who would rather be anywhere except where they’re at.

I like the allbirds, just wish they had a lower drop. Now that Ryan is wearing them I may have to rethink my position.

they line up the backgrounders by height (?) and send out a pic with the mike cord just lying there. This can't be an official shot. Can it?

Although no one would that past him, polos usually don't unbutton that far and it appears to be a zipper upon further zooming. Polo with a popped collar over a button down would be incredible though.
