I currently have the F5 and use it for all training; treadmill runs included. I'm trying to determine if a foot pod would be more accurate than the built-in accelerometer functionality of the Garmin. The F5 results seem a bit variable compared to treadmill. Not that the treadmills I generally use (health club, my basement) are super accurate, of course.
