Greetings ladies :)
Given the fact that I recently had a baby, I am trying to get back in shape and start running again. Just like most of the women, I'm struggling to lose that baby weight. A few years ago I was on keto and carb cycling diet, and my results were fantastic. However, now I have problems with motivation. How do you keep yourselves motivated and also how do you count your calories and nutrients? Do you use some online software like keto calculator or something similar, or do you use an app such as MyFitnessPal? Currently I am not in a situation where I can pay a personal coach or a nutritionist to help me create a diet plan, so I want to do it myself. Correction, I HAVE TO do it by myself. Basically, I know what I have to eat, but I need help with the amount of proteins, carbs, fats...
Kindest regards,
Sam.
