What everyone else said. Another big difference for me was the optical heart rate on the back. On the 735xt the sensor protrudes on the back a few millimeters and was a bit uncomfortable when wearing daily. The 935xt has the optical heart rate flush with the rest of the back.

Not at all. Basically the same as the 735.

I currently have the 920xt. I wear it everyday as my employers rewards us for tracking steps etc. it feels bulky at times. Considering going to the 935 or 735

The 935 has more battery, altimeter, better screen and better display backlight, it's also a little bit larger than the 735 albeit it's screen size is the same (I think).

I had a 735 and now have a 935, and used them both all the time. My main reason to upgrade was the increase in the battery life and looks, I find the 935 prettier and more subtle, and the metal buttons make it look more fancy (735 has plastic buttons).
